Terms and Conditions:

1. Information about prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering the competition, you accept these conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over except employees and their immediate families of Snowball Group Limited (Snowball) and the agencies or companies associated with the competition. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain their parent / guardian's permission to enter.

3. The competition starts at 9.00am AEDST on 15 February 2010 and closes at 5:30 pm AESDT on 14 May 2010 (Competition Period). To enter, during the Competition Period, tell us “Your Big Impact Story” and provide your details (including name, address, phone number and email address) by registering on the website www.smalldecisionsbigimpact.com.au Only one entry per person accepted.

4. All valid entries will be entered into the competition. Snowball accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, delayed, corrupted or misdirected entries whether due to error, omission, alteration, deletion, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

5. Snowball may deem entries not complying with these terms and conditions invalid. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner/s. Each valid entry will be individually judged on the basis of literary/ creative merit and interpretation of the theme “small decision big impact”. Snowball's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. All entries will become Snowball's property. Each statement must be your original work. You agree that Snowball may make copies of or publish your entry in any form or media and you undertake that your entry is not, and its use by Snowball will not be, in breach of any person's intellectual property rights.

7. In consideration for awarding the prize to the winners, the winners agree to participate in any promotional activity regarding winning the prize and consents to their name and image being used in promotional material.

8. The best 5 valid entries as determined by Snowball will each win a $200 Experience Gift Voucher from Red Balloon Days.

9. If there is a draw between entrants, the $200 Experience Gift Voucher will be equally distributed amongst the winners.

10. All vouchers are valid until the voucher expiry date as specified by the provider of the voucher. Vouchers are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of the voucher. If the total value of a voucher is not used at the time of redemption, a new voucher will not be issued for the remaining amount. Any such further voucher is valid for the remainder of the original voucher expiry period. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for further vouchers.

11. The total prize pool is valued at $1,000.

12. The winner/s will be notified via email. If your contact details change during the Competition Period, it is your responsibility to notify Snowball.

13. Snowball may disqualify invalid entries from this competition or the entries of any person who tampers with or benefits from the tampering with the entry process or the conduct of the competition or who has, in Snowball's opinion, engaged in conduct which is fraudulent, misleading or generally damaging to the reputation of Snowball. Snowball may cancel, suspend or vary the competition if for any reason it is not capable of being conducted as planned.

14. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a winner does not take a part of the prize at the time set by Snowball, the winner will forfeit that part. Snowball accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value. If a prize is unavailable, Snowball will substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.

15. Snowball may request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Snowball.

16.The prize/s must be claimed by 11 June 2010 otherwise that winner will forfeit the prize and Snowball will distribute the prize to the next best valid entry that has not already received a prize.

17. Snowball will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect, consequential or indirect loss), cost or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (whether or not due to the negligence of any person) in connection with entering the competition or using the prize, except any liability which cannot be excluded by law (and if so, that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

18. Snowball accepts no responsibility for the tax implications from prize winnings.

19. The personal information you provide will be used by Snowball, and may be disclosed to its agents, to conduct the competition.
